Web Based Application



MDRounding® is a multi-tenant web-based application having processed over 2.5 million charges since 2010. MDRounding® is an SSL secured Web based HIPPA/HITECH compliant web application securely hosted within the Liquid Web Data Center. MDRounding® interfaces with hospital and revenue cycle HL7 systems for ease of patient entry, patient tracking and billing.



Customizable



MDRounding® provides a customizable multi-specialty, multi-hospital patient list management integrating physician and advanced practitioner rounding lists with real time patient location changes, enhanced electronic charge capture capability - including IMO® search, a robust time clock management system for administrative and employee activity tracking and reporting.



Rich Reporting



MDRounding® includes a rich reporting interface for provider rounding lists, patient handoff, provider productivity, late charge submission, hospital and service census, discharge rates and ratios, avoidable day tracking, shift profit loss analysis, billing office productivity, a customizable research report for diagnosis specific active patients for ease of tracking among others.



Billing Interface



MDRounding® provides a comprehensive billing interface for office billing personnel allowing efficient and accurate charge submission with insurance and demographic data powered by HL7 interfaces from inbound hospital systems to outbound third party revenue cycle management companies.



MDRounding® allows our multispecialty group to maintain accurate patient lists across hospitals and facilitate accurate charge capture in a timely manner, from within the hospital or from home. With the billing interface we were able reduce our billing office staff and maintain efficient cost effective billing.

Ron Estes, MD



President



Dr. Ronald Estes is a pulmonary critical care physician serving in numerous physician and informatics leadership roles. He developed an interest in software and database design and created MDRounding® to serve hospital based physician groups focusing on charge capture, billing, rounding efficiencies, reporting and data integration with hospital and revenue cycle entities.
